Even at a young age for a Dornean, L'toth was a highly competent fleet officer, adapting to new situations without a hint of stress. Compared to Etahn A'baht, he was more enthusiastic about supporting the Galactic Alliance and more of an optimist, similar to his father.<ref name=":0" />
