In late 5 ABY, Halmere, then serving as an [[InQuestor of Judgment]] in the [[Pentastar Alignment]], was dispatched by the [[Inquisitorius]] to bring a [[Lictor-class dungeon ship|''Lictor''-class dungeon ship]] from [[Sojourn system|Sojourn]] to a deep-space rendezvous point near the [[Botajef system]]. There, Halmere assisted Grand Inquisitor [[Ja'ce Yiaso|Yiaso]] in transferring [[Ken]] to the dungeon ship. He then delivered Ken to the [[Citadel Inquisitorius]] on [[Prakith]], where he handed him over to High Inquisitor [[Shynne]].<ref>''[[Empire of Ashes: Fear]]''</ref>
