Arleen was an individual present on Byss in 4 ABY, eight months after the Battle of Endor. Like Zak and Tash Arranda, with whom she had a conversation, she was ignorant of the nature of the Emperor's Citadel, speculating that it might be a lightning rod built to protect the inhabitants of Byss when she saw Force lightning erupt near its tip.[1]
