Challer is an existing character from Legends.[1]
Biography
In 4 ABY, eight months after the Battle of Endor, Challer summoned Jian Paret and the Black Fleet to Coruscant. Paret assumed that Challer had gotten his orders from Paltr Carvin, who in turn was doing Ysanne Isard's bidding.[2]
