Daye Azur-Jamin is an existing character from Legends.[1]
Biography
In 5 ABY, Azur-Jamin was present in the New Republic's DRAPAC installation atop Mount Yoda on Dagobah. When Jeng Droga attacked the facility, he poked out Azur-Jamin's left eye with a lightsaber to distract Luke Skywalker. Together with his wife Tinian and their son Tam, Azur-Jamin escaped the subsequent destruction of the DRAPAC facility when the Mount Yoda volcano erupted.[2]
