Jekk Karr was a New Republic operative in the secret commando unit Alpha Black under the command of Hiram Drayson.
Biography
Childhood on Generis
When Karr was a child on Generis, in approximately 15 BBY, his father was killed by Imperial stormtroopers looking for Rebel insurgents in his village, even though Karr's father had refused to help the insurgents so as not to bring the Empire down on his family. Karr was fishing at the time of his father's death, and when he returned to the village after seeing a column of stormtroopers heading there, his father was already dead and a stormtrooper in front of his house told him he couldn't let Karr pass.[1]
