Meerian Mining Cooperative

The Meerian Mining Collective, also known as the MMC, was a corporation that employed many Meerians on Bandomeer. It was nationalized by the Galactic Republic during the 15th month of the Clone Wars based on accusations that it had secessionist influences. Some of their equipment was appropriated for the war effort, being used to dig tunnels into Selbar.
