Paltr Carvin
Paltr Carvin is an existing character from Legends.[1]
In 4 ABY, eight months after the Battle of Endor, Jian Paret assumed Carvin to act as a proxy of Ysanne Isard. At the same time, Ars Dangor thought of Carvin as his patsy on the Imperial Ruling Council, and he prepared sound-bytes for Carvin meant to reassure the Imperial rank and file.[2]
After Carvin was killed, Mahd Windcaller reflected that the Imperial Ruling Council had become "dull" since his departure and that of Baron Ragez D'Asta.[2]
