Vaartsoon is an existing character from Legends.[1]
In late 5 ABY, Imperial Intelligence Lieutenant Vaartsoon was dispatched by Ysanne Isard to investigate seemingly random acts of mass destruction on Coruscant. He observed Baddon Fass toppling a skyscraper and reported his findings to Isard and Sarcev Quest.[2]
