Nasdra Magrody is an existing character from Legends.[1]
In early 5 ABY, Palpatine told Mas Amedda to bring Magrody to Byss to help in the creation of new superweapons; however, Amedda reported that Magrody had disappeared.
In late 5 ABY, Magrody was in captivity on Belsavis, where Roganda Ismaren ensured his compliance through empty promises of reuniting him with his family.[2]
