Rath Kelkko was commanding the Confederacy of Independent Systems forces in their northern caldera base alongside Sora Bulq as of 32 ABG.[2]
Personality and Traits
Kelkko made fun of Tol Skorr for his dependence on Sora Bulq rather than making decisions for himself while in command, and the two had something of a rivalry.[2]
