Tann Starpyre
Tann Starpyre is an existing character from Legends.[1]
When the Central Committee of Grand Moffs split from Ysanne Isard's Empire in 5 ABY, the Grand Moffs' administrative duties were transferred to the Diet of Imperial Governors, of which Starpyre was the head. As a member of the Imperial Ruling Council, Starpyre was present at the Council meeting when the false Kadann announced his intention to attack Coruscant.[2]
In early 6 ABY, Starpyre was sent to the eighteenth Imperial Diplomatic Conclave on Axum as the representative of Isard's government alongside Sarcev Quest.[3]
