Utoxx Prentioch is an existing character from Legends.[1]
In 5 ABY, Gerald Weizel mentioned Prentioch as one of the warlords who might attack Coruscant at the behest of the false Supreme Prophet Kadann. Ambassador Sa-Di then assured Weizel that the attack would not happen because its instigator had been killed.[2]
