Flesh Eaters were a species found on Tython. While they were barely sentient as individuals, they banded together in ferocious packs forming a sharp collective mind. K'uaz and T'iaz enjoyed hunting them and recommended the practice to Palpatine after one of their hunts in 5 ABY.[1]
