Ishin-Il-Raz is an existing character from Legends.[1]

The psychotic break that directly led to Il-Raz's death was caused by Palpatine reaching out to him through the Force after being reborn in a clone body eight months after the Battle of Endor. Believing Palpatine's voice to be a mental attack by his enemies, Il-Raz ordered Captain Harmuz to steer the Emperor's Disciple into the Denarii Nova.[2]
