Biography
Rise of the Empire
During the late years of the Clone Wars, Slayke hijacked his flagship Freedom Song by deactivating its droid crew. After Order 66 and the formation of the Galactic Empire, Slayke fought against the Empire, allying with Aqualish rebels in the Noolian Sector.[2]
Alliance with Syne
In 18 BBY, he made an alliance with the Bavinyar Avengers and aided in the Battle of Farstine. After their efforts were successful, he met Jereveth Syne aboard the Iconoclast.[2] There, he agreed to send a few ships to protect vessels evacuating Plett's Well, and he later agreed to help Syne evacuate her homeworld during the Blockade of Bavinyar. He suggested hijacking the Victory II-class Star Destroyer Valediction using its sympathetic clones aboard, a plan which appealed to Walon Vau.[2]
At the Blockade of Bavinyar, his vessels once again engaged Imperial ships after the Iconoclast and Valediction destroyed the two Immobilizer-class Cruisers. Their efforts helped the Chu'unthor to escape Bavinyar with hundreds of thousands of civilians.[2]
